Commercial/Private comissions will change the final price. Allowing me to sell the commission after I'm done will lower the price for you. The price is approximate, more complex the asset, the higher it will be.As for time, I do have a real life job. Please understand that I will get it done as soon as possible but my free time is limited. Do not ask for it to be rushed.

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using any assets provided by yamuVR.
1. Usage Permissions: All assets provided by yamuVR are allowed on Free, Public, Nitro, and For Sale avatars, as long as proper credit is given. Failure to include credit may result in revoked access and email ban.
2. Discord Usage: You must provide a valid Discord name for access to yamuVR assets. Failure to provide a valid Discord name may result in revoked access and an email ban.
3. Server Ban Policy: Users who are banned from the Yamu Hospital Discord server will lose access to all assets. Banned users are prohibited from using any assets from my store.
4. Usage Limits: There is no set limit on how many assets from my store you can use on your avatar.
5. Redistribution: Redistribution of my assets, with or without edits, is strictly prohibited. Users are not allowed to share, sell, or distribute the assets unless on a finished avatar.
6. Modifications: You may NOT redistribute Edits and/or Use parts of my mesh on your 'For Sale Assets'
7. Nitro Boost Requirement: For commercial use of my Nitro assets, users are required to have an active Yamu Hospital Server Boost for at least one month.
8. Updates: I will Update any asset and avatar as needed up until a certain point. You may need to have your own knowledge to fix some minor mistakes.
9. Termination of Access: yamuVR reserves the right to terminate access to assets for any user who violates these terms of service.
10. Commercial Use for VTubing: If you are using YamuVR assets for VTubing purposes, you must purchase commercial rights (where available) and link to my store in a visible location.
11. Usage in VR Social Games: You are permitted to use my assets in any VR Social Game, including but not limited to VRChat, ChilloutVR, and Resonite, without additional commercial licensing requirements. My usual ToS still applies no matter the platform.

Avatars/Assets are a luxury. I've spent a lot of time and money learning what I know. If it was easy to make you'd make it yourself~

Why dont my assets look like yours?
My assets use PBR texture which are set up diffrently. I'd reccomend looking at a tutorial to help you set them up!
